Cozumel Tours

If there was less that a star I would pick that This was a disaster from the beginning We were charged double the cost and what they fail to mention that it's a 3rd party which tried to rip us off. The tour was a bate n switch not the catamaran we signed up for and it was terrible. The 3rd party was really bad. Suppose to include transfer from our pier the wanted a lot of extra money to get the correct pier. We took taxis at our costs. Don't book with them as they are just a booking company and have no customer service we called them that day and they did nothing to help us. Don't use Cozumel tours We are seeking to get our overpayment and transfer costs back, I am sure they will not honor that as they don't care. Beware RIP OFF

Miguel and his wife were phenomenal. I was in a wheelchair during the door and he did everything in his power to help me. He took us to the ruins and pushed me in the wheelchair all around. He took us to this amazing restaurant on the beach where we had amazing food and even better tequila. He was so nice and attentive to our huge party of 16! We have not been able to stop talking about how great his service was. The jeep was nice and clean with AC! I wish we were able to play music but the USB port wasn’t working. Other than that, amazing experience!!

Great ATV tour to the Jade Cenote. I had never ridden an ATV before and it was a blast. Victor was an informative and was a wonderful guide. Tequila tasting was good and some of the best I've ever tasted. Too bad the weather turned bad when we got to the Beach Club or it would have been an totally outstanding day. The Chicken fajitas included in the price were good except the wind was blowing so hard there were stuff flying into our food. Drinks are not included in the price and are fairly expensive ($4.24 for a small glass of lemonade). Transfer back to our ship was seamless. Thanks Cozumel Tours.

We had a blast! Our ATV leader made sure to take us through puddle after puddle, even if we had to loop around. We had one single and one double ATV and the ride was great for all of us. The cavern was amazing to see and the "sacrifice" jump was great, even if it was a bit difficult to get to (unless you were wearing swimming shoes). The beach break was nice - wish it had been a bit longer, but no way would we have made it back to the boat in time (no fault of the actual tour). The food was good and the servers were very nice.

This company is pretty good with communication, however there were a couple times I didn't get questions answered through Whatsapp - that's what they use to communicate. When we arrived for the tour, the directions said to go to Hard Rock Cafe and a guide would meet us there. We waited around for an hour and the driver never showed. They use a company called Pantara Jeeps, which according to the other tour guides that we got help from are not a very reliable company. One of them offered to call cozumel-tours and talk to them (language barrier and international calls being an issue). We were put on hold for a while. Eventually the second time we called we got it sorted out. The company apologized, said they tried to contact the Pantara driver but could not get ahold of him. They said they would refund our money. At this point an hour of our day was already gone and I was beginning to stress about finding another vehicle to tour us around the island, because cars are limited. Luckily a taxi driver that had pulled over spoke good english, used to be a tour guide, and offered us the same tour locations for the same rate we got through cozumel-tours and we ended up having a great day.
